Self-control

     Self-Control: control or restraint of oneself or one's actions, feelings, etc.

     This week I am going to get off my Daniel Fast and I need to have self-control to not overindulge on sweets and other things. There are a million other things I could have self-control over, not arguing with my brother, not playing video games for hours, not looking at Facebook when I should do homework. Self-discipline is difficult, but I am determined to do it. Perhaps I should spend two weeks on this fruit of the spirit...
